I can agree that single-strand lines are HARDER to throw, but I don't agree that they are generally WORSE in terms of performance.Furthermore, thin webbing can also be flattened like a noodle, which will reduce its deflection due to the stiffening rib. And don't get me wrong, I'm not boasting about excellent accuracy, my experience is only about two years. Another example is the Pansling. It has good accuracy and power with a single-strand sling (balls and stones).
What I mean is that if you compare the overall accuracy and grouping of a sling, I don't see a HUGE difference in performance, considering the design alone.
The slinger's experience has a greater influence.
