Good afternoon, slingers friends!

Good afternoon, friends! My name is Serge. I finally decided to register on the forum, even though this is my fourth year on this forum. I even managed to participate in Channing's online tournaments, for which I would like to thank him very much. I've been interested in sling throwing for the fourth year. I am a physical education teacher in the junior class of a small private school. I have several classes ranging in age from 6 to 12 years old. My Hobbies are sling throwing, sculpture, historical archery.

I really like trying out different styles. But lately I've been slinging more and more in the Balearic style. It seems to me that it gives a more stable throw. I'm currently experimenting with wave techniques. I have to post all new videos from 2023 on another channel. I recently made oval balls out of leather and they fly and spin very beautifully in flight.

We now have the opportunity to throw from a sling in the archery club. It is a rather narrow gallery with a length of 18 meters and a width of 5 meters. But you can throw a sling in it. The distance in the video is 16 meters. The "Gopher" target. This is what's left after the archers shoot. It is no longer suitable for archery, but it is quite suitable for a sling.
