I finally finished my lime tree bark sling!

I produced my own lime tree bark this year for my first time, you can see it on the first picture.
If you have questions about the production of the lime tree fiber, please ask.

Then I braided the sling with the great tutorial of Archaic Arms on YT, thanks for this good video!

The first picture shows the sling before waxing it, the second picture is after waxing it with bees wax.

Great job! I'll need to work with the bast. It's a very good material, and not just for slings. From time immemorial, ropes, shoes, bags and many other useful things have been made from bast.
