Pitched thru high school. Since starting slinging I generally try to treat slinging as just a “funny” windup to baseball pitching.

Honestly don’t know if it a help or hindrance to have my background. I could be wasting effort trying to turn slinging into baseball. That said I am seeing improvement and also seeing similarities with pitching.
