Tried that today….and while not super efficient yet I can see his advice is spot on. I ised to could only look at the video afterwards but as he said by slowing things down I can feel the timing errors and the inefficiency even while I am throwing.
In other words, if you think slinging is one uniform motion, by going slow you really feel each part…especially if one part is out of sync.
