I always find it hard to try for accuracy, then stop, then try for distance all in the same slinging session.

Mixing both types in the same session invariably causes one or the other to drop off in performance versus if I just do only one type for the entire slinging session.

Today made a fun “baseball themed” slinging video and was actually surprised I was able to achieve a good result as in this video I did have to mix accuracy AND distance

I already have an idea (when I have more time one day) to expand on this.

Pitch to ghost batters until I strike out three to end an inning.  And also count the runs I walk in for not striking out a ghost batter.

Then throw home runs until either I score more runs than I walked in…..or I throw 3 fly ball outs that don’t clear the fence.
