Hello from Monterey California!

I made slings when my now adult sons were just boys. We made slings from a "Mother Earth News" article. We used the leather tongues from an old pair of combat boots and the laces as well. We'd collect rocks during walks and take them to a local lake or a cliff from a nearby rock formation and just heaven them. Now retired...I'm looking into getting back into it!

I've seen that article mentioned on the forum, but not with a link to it. I think I'm going to drop one in Sling Academy. It is a tutorial.
