Hello everyone,
I'm 35, from the North of France and knot-tying since I'm 6 (or 8? Well, you got the idea).
I already plaided some snake whips and looking to make some slings.
I tried to do some when I was a teen, without any advice or knowledge (about the making and the use) and the result was random, at best.
I tried again some days ago, After reading about balearic slings, with a far better result: the tennis ball gone in the good direction, and after half an hour, I was able to touch an area slighly smaller than 1m² at 4m, 2 times from 3.
It may seem pour, but in comparaison with what I did twenty years before, it's huge !
My pseudo is a mix between my main hobbies: airgun shooting and knot-tying.
Through two translations (in french, and in a northern french dialect, it's a rude way to Say "Bad shooter".
It's only lately than I through it can be seen as pretentious if read as "shooter of strands (extra small targets). That's true with air rifle only ! As I said, I'm a very beginner with a sling...
