Hello All!

I've long been a lurker on this forum for quite a while and decided I was long due to make an account.

I have always had a passion for ancient artillery, whether it be bows, trebuchets, catapults, ballistae, and of course, slings. I often employed them as instruction for my physics students.

I currently reside in Colorado where I enjoy hiking, rock hounding, and spending time with my family and dogs.
Over the years I've made a number of slings, but my current favorite is a 28" Balearic style sling made with paracord, Kevlar, and leather.

I'm excited to be a part of this community!
