the oldest evidence of arrowheads in France

I saw a documentary on French TV about the Mandrin cave in France.
I don't know if a website exists in English but here is a website in French. Tiny flint tips are dated 54 000 BC. For archeologists, it can only be pointed arrows fired with a bow.
In the photos, the arrows have no tail. Does anyone know why ?

Unfortunately the program isn't available in the USA.  It sounds fascinating though.
