I'm all for old traditions, and have seen some really cool war dances. But wearing a shirt and tie while doing it looks kind of silly.
Haka isn't just a war dance. It is a form of expression for a people who has no writing. So there are therefore different kind of haka : warrior, mythical, ceremonial, funerary.
To celebrate a wedding, haka is traditional.
If members know the history of haka, I think many of us are applicants.
