I don't consider myself a hardcore Survivalist but I've always been interested in the subject.  It seems that there's always something new to learn.  Last year I learned that you can make tea out of Blueberry leaves.  I suppose that would apply to Huckleberry leaves too since they're closely related.  I just recently found out that Mulberry leaves are edible.  I've yet to try them but I certainly will.  I've read that the new leaves are the best to eat and the older ones make a good tea.  Who'd a thunk it?

Edit:  I tried a Mulberry leaf today.  It was very mild tasting... almost no flavor at all.  It's certainly something I can eat.
