Foods That You Always Overeat

What food makes a glutton out of you. Pizza is my number one to pig out on. A young friend of mine, Mark, came by to visit a couple of months ago. He has an appetite similar to mine. Within ten minutes the two of us destroyed a huge Sicilian pizza.
Ice cream is another. I will always eat too much ice cream.
So what do you totally pig out on?

They taste wonderful, and are so incredibly messy (especially the really good ones that are tender and fall off the bone). I haven't really overeaten anything lately, though, but I have wished that I'd eaten slower as to enjoy it longer.

Pizza is definitely one. Any kind of dessert item is another. If I have desserts in the house, I just continually go after them. To avoid it I just don't keep that kind of thing around. Maybe once a week get something as a treat.

Yes, the best bet is to not keep such things around. If I didn't keep the house free of such temptations I'd literally be seven hundred pounds.
