Foods That You Always Overeat

What food makes a glutton out of you. Pizza is my number one to pig out on. A young friend of mine, Mark, came by to visit a couple of months ago. He has an appetite similar to mine. Within ten minutes the two of us destroyed a huge Sicilian pizza.
Ice cream is another. I will always eat too much ice cream.
So what do you totally pig out on?

They taste wonderful, and are so incredibly messy (especially the really good ones that are tender and fall off the bone). I haven't really overeaten anything lately, though, but I have wished that I'd eaten slower as to enjoy it longer.

Pizza is definitely one. Any kind of dessert item is another. If I have desserts in the house, I just continually go after them. To avoid it I just don't keep that kind of thing around. Maybe once a week get something as a treat.

Yes, the best bet is to not keep such things around. If I didn't keep the house free of such temptations I'd literally be seven hundred pounds.

Especially if you use sausage instead of beef or turkey in the sauce. When you do that, it is very, very flavorful.

We call them potato chips here in the States. And yes, I don't keep them around for that very reason. No matter how big the bag I'll eat the whole thing. They're even better with California Dip which is sour cream mixed with onion soup mix.

I learned this from a friend in the army. The first time I watched him order fries with vinegar at a bar I thought he was nuts. It sounded bizarre but when I tried it I discovered that fries with vinegar are actually very good.
