Posts: 343	Spear Fishing legality May 20^th, 2023 at 2:08pm Hello, One of my brothers (who is not currently a forum member) was wondering about the legality of spear fishing in Michigan. He was thinking of thrusting and throwing a simple spear with some paracord tied to it to prevent loosing it in the river. Does anyone know about the legalities of this?
