Yeah, this is all related to the diabetes.
If I can find some medication that doesn't make me suicidal, that'll go a long way.

At the moment I can't walk the dogs, or do anything even slightly strenuous, just get light headed and out of breath.
Just can't get any real oxygen into my lungs.

Plus I'm puffed up like the stay puff marshmallow man.
My legs are so swollen that I've got liquid coming out of my feet
Kinda gross, there's enough 'water' in my crocs to pour out every couple hours.

Got blood tests next week, but no way to contact the doctor and tell him the water loss pills have zero effect.
They don't accept messages.
So got to call up next week and try to get a consultation.
It's frustrating, to say the least Smiley

Guess with all of this going on with u I can expect no video advice for corrections to my swing. Oh well think I’ll make do, hope u get well soon. Remember have some tea and honey, honey has all kinds of healing properties to it especially if it is from a locally harvested source. Take care

What people don't realise about honey us that it's over 80percent pure sugar.
There are all sorts of things that would be good for me if I weren't diabetic.

That said my blood sugar doesn't seem to have any connection to my diet at the moment.
Which is also seriously worrying.

Got blood tests on Tuesday and then hopefully we can start trying to get the whole mess sorted.

@blindsquirrel
Bung me the video and I'll have a look Smiley
Waist and legs is what you needed to start using, more fluidity and better weight transfer, so we'll see how you're getting on Smiley

Here is a link to one of my most recent shots at 15m (50feet) vs. a quail egg.

And I think u should do a little more research about honey and diabetes. There is some very interesting research on type1 diabetes and honey.

I'm type 2 - well I was. At the moment I think I'm out on my own with type 3.
But general rule of thumb is to avoid all carbohydrates as much as possible.

Type 2 is quite different to type 1
Often type 2 is caused by insulin resistance, so plenty of insulin in your blood, it just doesn't do a great deal.
It's actually a lot more involved than type 1, which is basically poor insulin  Cryproduction.

At the moment my biggest problem is water retention.
I figure I'm carrying at least 20kgs of excess water in my tissue.
My legs are swollen tight and I've got water oozing out of them, which is pretty gross.
I also look about 6 months pregnant. And that's really hard and tight as well.
After 4 weeks of heavy duty coughing my stomach muscles are tight and objecting to being stretched.

The major problem is the water in my lungs, just can't breath properly and after walking about 10yards I'm light headed and out of breath

I mean I've walked dogs with torn Achilles tendons and torn quadriceps and something nasty I did to my right knee - twice.

But not being able to breathe has just shut me down completely.
Never known anything like it

Can't even drive in case I come down with a coughing fit and run into something.

I've got a blood test tomorrow and a mystery appointment Wednesday, which may or may not be to discuss the ultrasound and x-ray results.
And hopefully a conversation later today to see if there's an alternate water loss tablet I can take instead of the ones that aren't doing anything.

So all in all things are moving as fast as I can push them.

The medical centre receptionists main job would seem to be to keep the patients and doctors as far away from each other as possible.
So all in all I think I'm doing better than average.
I do lay it on as thick as possible, which at the moment really isn't hard
So I think I got the 'he actually sounds like he's dying !' sympathy vote.

Throw looks better Smiley

Try stepping forward with your front leg instead.
It puts you less off balance and gives you a smooth transition into leaning into the throw.
https://youtu.be/cVJHS8yIWT0
This is me slinging fairly relaxed.
You can see the weight transference quite clearly.

It doesn't look like there's much power in the throw, but I'm throwing at a target 50 metres away and seriously uphill.
The shots that miss travel a further 50 metres before hitting ground.
So it's a very efficient throw that I could easily keep up for days, and did Smiley

I think the second hodd hill expedition, I threw well over a thousand throws in 2 days with zero side effects.

I think I’ll just keep doing what I’m doing. my resent shot success’s and placement on the online competitions speaks for its self, saying that my throw is exactly how it needs to be for me. Thanks for ur opinion though. Get well soon.

Thank you for letting us know.  My deepest sympathy.

This news makes me feel absolutely hollow.  RIP CA.  I've only been here several years, so I knew him to a point.  Wish I could have known him longer.

Farewell slinger!
