I was standing to the left of target (as a right handed slinger would) and when I did it at the time it looked to me as in and crossing the line . Unfortunately the video it’s about as close as it can be to call it in or out … a true line call . In Ibiza there’s a second judge who makes this call.
Like I said at the time from where I was it looked in no doubt. But angles make the difference.
Without a true Diana line calls are always going to be hard calls regardless.
I’m not disappointed with the round and if it’s not going to be accepted as a 19+9 that’s fine. It’s by far my best round on film so it’s still my personal best on film .

I got a new Diana yesterday and am now on a mission to hit a perfect 10 in a row .
19+9 will not do anymore.
