But if it does, I know a seller on Etsy who makes some pretty great incense. You could hot box the sling with a couple sticks and blast that banana smell right out.

I think to make a good banana sling would just require practice with the medium.

The comments are interesting, seems to be similar to silk in softness. So should make soft flexible sling.

Hah... I actually happen to have some Banana silk yarn myself... just haven't done anything with it yet.

I saw it and thought "You know what... This might be interesting!"

Seems to me to have an interesting feel to it, soft and a bit 'slippery' and it has a nice, lustrous shine to it. I think if you had multiple colours you could make a nice patterned braid.
