I put a new board on my balearic target and broke it in with a 30 Round.  I thought about posting this in the 30 Round conversation, but the score isn't a new record for me.

This video does show the damage that repeated ice ball hits will do to 1/2 inch plywood.

No argument there. 

Its current version should last quite a bit longer.  As mentioned in the video, I took it up to a 5/8 inch piece of plywood.  I also ended up putting a coat of water seal on it.  The target is kept on my covered patio, so doesn't get rained on or anything.  But it's still out in the humidity, wind, etc., so I think the water seal will help.
