I guess if you have a metal detector and whatever you are throwing is magnetic you could probably find projectiles pretty easily.

I might want projectiles in bright neon color patterns to help spot them.

I think all slingers are interested at some point in trying lead glandes, I might be willing to purchase a dozen at one point if anyone makes them.  Bonus points for mimicking the weights, and Latin/Greek text on original finds ("take that!")

I'm really jealous of all the nice ocean stones they have in the Balearic islands.  I don't live anywhere near an ocean.
