Dang!!! Ive never seen a juniper so perfect for bowmaking. Moght consider sinew backing. Its a nice combo with juniper.

Straight grain junipers are rare. I am going to try trapping the belly and see if I can get a 40 lb bow out of a 2"x68" stave.  Undecided
