indoor practice ammo?

Does anyone have suggestions? We have a large, high-ceilinged main room with hallways extending straight off of it, where I might want to practice. I wondered if wool felt balls (like they use for dryer balls, but maybe smaller) might work for a beginner getting the hang of basic techniques.

I've never done any indoor slinging, but here's one guess anyhow...   If (and that's a very important "If") there's nothing fragile or breakable in the room where you're considering slinging, might golf ball-size whiffle balls work?

I used to think this was going to be simple.

Kick had a really good idea a little while back.  Make a sock ball, and wrap a few balloons over it.  He has a video using them: https://youtu.be/z3Z02G5vhd0.

It all depends on what the walls are made of, whether there are any objects you're worried about breaking, and if you have a net or some sort of target/backstop to catch the projectiles.

I use golf wiffle balls for anything indoor. They come in tennis ball size too.

Thanks Joe! Sock balls are great and especially with the balloons over them.

Wool dryer balls. They’re basically just like sock balls but more uniform.  I even sling them straight at my phone.
