Chain Sennit?

Anyone using the old single cord Chain Sennit  or Daisy Chain braid to make up thicker sling cords on either side of the pocket?

I haven't but that could be good for making an adjustable sling. You could have a ludicrously long single cord sling and then bring it in when you want it shorter.
