Nice man! Almost reminds me of the smiley sling from Practical Paracord. It looks like it works good. Maybe the ammo was not as perfect as it could be and that was affecting distance? Also I agree with Kicks comment that you could put more of your weight behind it. But thats not a criticism, i rarely care to sling for power. Sometimes its more fun just to sling casually.
