Thanks, IG.  Aussie first comes to mind not only for the reasons c_a mentioned but also because he was just such a good, kind, generous guy.  It was a pleasure having known him for the time I did.
There are so many, it's hard to pick just a few.  Timpa keeps it very interesting around here.  I don't know how he thinks of so many ways to weaponize things.
c_a because without him we wouldn't be sitting here posting this.  Also, he is always there to help with a technical problem or in any other way he can.
I used to really enjoy Paleoarts posts.  I miss him.  If I had to pick someone to be stranded in the wild with he'd be high on my list.  He has mad bushcraft skills.

   Good thread, Morphy!

Morphy, I am thrilled to know my name immortalized, embedded in a smartphone half a world away.

Sarosh, for making the best reconstruction of the kestrosphendone to date and other weird weapons.
Kilisi. Because being the only person on the entire forum to actually hunt with a sling is an achievement not easily forgotten!

Jaegoor has hunted with a sling.  I think a few others have too.

Lot of great mentions here!

I'll add a +1 to Timpa.  He's definitely had an influence on some of the things I've done.

Jaegoor is a good one.  When it comes to slinging he is one of our most knowledgeable members, he is a slinging champion, he is familiar with many ancient weapons and skills, and his slings are works of art.

But Kilisi also had a diet which consisted of game he hunted himself. And on some of those hunts he used the sling. That is rare even among modern hunter-gatherer groups.
