Hi from Scotland.
May 30th, 2021 at 12:10pm

Hi everyone, I just recently became interested in slinging after seeing someone do it on TV.
I have acquired a sling and have begun practising. I'm not very good at the moment, I can barely use the sling let alone hit a target but I'm sure I'll improve over time.
I like this website and forum, they are answering all my questions and I have watched some slinging videos on YouTube.
Thank you for this fabulous source of information. 😁

Thanks for the nice welcome guys, I appreciate it.
The thing I seen on TV was a documentary about ancient weapons. The guy was demonstrating a few different slings like the one with the stick and one that looked like 3 bits of rope tied together with balls on the ends but I was amazed at the power he was able to sling rocks with and it was then I decided to give it a try.
I've been practicing quite a bit lately and I am getting better, I still need to improve though.  Undecided
