My lady loves me.

She came home and it was like sling maker christmas. The only thing missing was a round loom. She got me stuff to make my own rope wax, tons of new cord to try, and best of all she got me the most boss sling bag ever. I guess she stopped at the army surplus store, saw the bag and thought of me. Since my bag before looked too close to a purse, even though it was a man's carrier satchel. Do you guys have better halfs that support your hobby/passion, almost too much? I'd like to here your stories. I mean she even got me clay to make some glandes with.

Wow thats something special right there Duck. Its all very nice but that bag especially is great.

My wife supports my passion for weapons. When we moved into a new house one of my prerequisites, really my only one was a garage that I could make into a workshop/mancave. Shes put up with my nutty hobbies for almost two decades. Im very lucky as well I guess.

Give her a high five from me. Wink

Right? I told her my stimulus is getting her a gun or something lol. She spent almost a hundo just on the cordages to try. I have a thought about making clay glandes stuffed with fishing weights, or even a hollow clay glande with lead poured into the cavity. Anyone tried that? I feel lucky to have a lady that is so supportive. With her support I might ramp up my efforts, and actually be driven to make a new YT channel based around slinging. I haven't posted a drone video on my original channel in a couple years. So I might even just convert that one to a assorted hobby channel lol

We aren't married yet, but I think she is a keeper for sure. My washing machine is the best workbench I have atm... gotta love duplex living.

I just realized that this bag can also do this lol. I can pull the pouch and everything comes out, with how I fed it through the straps, kinda like an infinity loop. It also goes over the shoulder, and has a belt loop on the back. Perfect slinging bag.

Yeah, I realize the level of luck I have here. Could be partially that I supported getting some sugar gliders, and ended up with three. Then a few months later another two. Plus I do most of the care taking for them, since they are nocturnal... like me. I also just got her a white toy schnauzer, so I support her hobbies quite a bit too haha. We are both animal people though, and she wants to get into at least throwing with me. I am making her a sling right now, that is like my favorite, new one. I might make a post about it in a little bit
