Welcome!

We're getting hit by tons of new UK slingers and I for one welcome our new overlords  Wink (mainly because I am one)

Who knows in a year or two we might have a dominant team for the balearics?

Make sure you post your slings in the pictures of slings and slinging megathread, always good to see what people come up with.

Thanks all! I am so excited by this. I love learning new stuff and for me slinging seems like an art of timing and grace and a bit like casting a fishing rod well - it’s all a bit zen lol 😉

It definitely can be. Getting in the zone with just a target, stones and sling can be pretty great.

Lol we tend to be a bit useless at things in general but we do make good tea, can’t stand the stuff myself and would rather make things with my Benchmade  Grin

Yo from New Jersey.  Jute is my favorite material to work with.  It's got next to no memory, it's cheap as dirt, and makes a good looking sling.  Hemp is good also.

Howdy from South Texas!

There’s plenty of “magic” left in slinging, but don’t be too alarmed if we occasionally reveal the man behind the curtain too Grin
