Welcome from Derbyshire , England. Home of the peak District.

What about Willow or Meadow Lakes in the park. Or, Flushing bay or Jamaica bay. ?  👍

Folks tend to be a little skittish where I'm at. Folks at Flushing Meadow Park won't take kindly to folks throwing rocks. There are some beaches where I can try to throw for distance in the early morning though

Tennis balls! Can't really complain about tennis balls (as long as other ball games are allowed around the same area of course).

Yeah that's what I've been using as well as rubber handballs. I just got some lacrosse balls that I'm excited to try out!

Skittish, strange choice of word but point made.🤓🤓

But please still be careful about where you use them. A tennis ball can still hurt... a lot.

You are responsible for everything you throw... even if you throw it backwards. Have fun, AND be safe Smiley
