Proper deep breathing, a good seal for the mouth, press both sides of the lips to prevent leakage. A lot of people makes these mistakes.

Most people I see on Youtube does shallow breathing, the shoulder raises as they breathe. The proper method is breathe into your belly very slowly. The more volume, the more power.

If you look carefully in my video, the barrel actually gets a recoil and jumps up.

Practice well.

I discoverd that you can use the amadou from bracket fungi and the other parts for making traditional blowgun dart cones
The material is a little similar to cork. But it does require fine carving skills, the cone shape is essential.
I am glad I discovered this myself because this fungi are very abundant here while thistle is very seasonal
