I'm very fortunate to never hit anything I cared about, However once I was on a pebbled beach with my Dad and as I got a bit cocky demonstrating a sidearm throw I muscled through as hard as I could and threw low, the rock ricocheted off the ground and flew straight up above our heads, the buzzing noise alone was enough to put the fear of god into us. Good times.
