That's a fact. I don't imagine forging a sword is in the future for me. I think it would be extremely cool. But like you said, so much work and time to get good at it. A while back I was looking at an evening class at a local school for bladesmithing. My work schedule was weird at the time and I wasn't able to do it. I think that was my missed opportunity. I don't really have the interest right now. But maybe it will come back.
