Snowball Slinging with an AmdoCraft

I think there's a thread similar to this every year. Here in Pennsylvania (at least in the south western corner) we got our first snow fall today. And there was a good bit of it sticking to the ground. During my lunch break I ran outside for a bit of snowball slinging. As has become my usual for snowball slinging, I had a trusty AmdoCraft sling for the job.
Anyone who gets snow, I want to see a snowball video. Kick, I'm looking at you!

Excellent. Your reactions when you got the crazy spin and trajectories was quite in line with what my own reactions would have been if I were throwing those.
Crazy spin on some of those! The ones that hook left have the pouch oriented backwards. I got a lot of those when I was doing your 1 hour challenge this summer. But those snowballs really seem to amplify the effect! You were right in line to hit the target if they didn't curve on most of those shots.

Great stuff joe.
I’ll be missing this one but, I can probably count the days I’ve been in snow on my fingers, and all were overseas, not much snow in Australia and pretty much non existent on the west.
The real question is , does ice slinging help with snow slinging

We had the lightest of dusting a few days ago but it lasted a day. I'm jealous you got that much. If I was further north I'd have more but Helsinki always gets the least snow in Finland. As soon as I can I'm doing a snowball video

Right!? I was shocked at some of spin I was getting. The snow was pretty light, and not the best for snowballs. So in general they were pretty light in weight and large in size. They just caught the wind and flew all over the place.

I wish. Doesn't seem to.
Waiting for it Kick! And any other snow slingers out there! That snow fall kept going pretty much all day yesterday. I'm probably going out again today.

Good video, Joe. Tough any sling with a big pouch can sling snowballs, my favorite for that purpose is a Seatbelt Sling. What ever type you choose, being the only one with sling can make you the big bully of a snowball fight. If it's a wet snow don't pack your balls too tightly or you could really hurt someone. I hope we get some decent snow here in South Jersey this Winter. Last Winter we got just a few dustings that were melted the next day.

Nice Kick! I love that super long sling you have.
@Rat Man - We had the same last year. I'm pretty sure the snow fall yesterday was more than all of last winter combined.

I know they say size doesn't matter but what the hell man lol. Is that a sling or a lasso?
Some of those hits were very satisfying. And of course the spin as well. Got to love that.

Few things have ever sounded as satisfying as your bull's eyes.
Also those snow balls seemed to almost fly!

Thanks!
That's a good reminder too. I completely forgot to mention something. Toward the middle of the video, there are three throws in a row that seem to fly very strangely and go very high. For those throws the snowball was in a longer shape. Not so much like a glande, because they weren't pointed at the ends. But sort of like a rugby ball shape. They were flying crazy so I went back to a round ones pretty quickly.

It's pretty crazy how inexpensive they are. They have three types, all are under $5.
