You were also fighting against bad weather Kick... you had a much narrower window to film than most of us.

That is true. It's been raining all day today and it gets dark at 4pm so...

13?! That’s only slightly more votes than contest participants!

Well, at this point I don't think it's going to affect the results drastically or change anyone's votes, so I might as well announce the winner of the random Razor Glande facemask drawing...

Congrats Mersa!

I hope you like it!

I’m already planning next year’s pumpkin challenge, I know exactly what I’ll be doing and it’s a serious challenge in itself, as always filming will be a very hard part of it, I’m glad we have the sith and trash sling challenge to do over the next few months but I will revive the online challenge thread in the near future for our continuous improvements in ridiculous challenges.

Just as a teaser I’m thinking about a few that might need to be done at night

I'm intrigued.  And I'm in!
Unless it's vampire hunting with little oak spiked projectiles.  Way too dangerous.  Cheesy

I think the biggest challenge of night slinging is getting good video of what you did... I am also intrigued though Mersa.

Omni-directional LEDs, taped to a battery (like maybe a 'C'). The only way to do it, in my opinion, nothing else would be bright enough. I've tried with glow-in-the-dark balls. Digital cameras can't pick them up. Even throwing in low light, movement gets really blurred because the shutter speed is so low.

Or.

You could light something on fire. That would work too.

Is there no glow paint possible strong enough to work? I've actually been considering activating several glow sticks, breaking them open and mixing the liquid with glue. I know those tend to be pretty bright at least for a while. Though if it's just a thin film with glue that may not be enough.
