Your slinging routine (Read 1934 times)

Once in the morning and then again in the afternoon. Most times, two rounds of 12 rocks. Sometimes, 3 rounds but I usually refrain due to the hassle of recollecting the ammo and lack of time. I sling mostly in the local park a walk away.

I try to go out in the backyard 2-3 times a day and throw tennis balls for my defective non-fetching dog. I have a target on each end of the yard, since my dog collects all the balls in a pile instead of bringing them to me after chasing them. I get maybe 10-30 throws in before I go back inside to deal with children or something else.

I slung virtually every day on my shooting lane approx. 50-100 shots 1 to 2 times a day. It was awesome. No pumpkin or tree stump was safe.

When they passed the new crew wasn't as good on lead so my slinging has suffered. I need to get back into it. The dogs are older now and better behaved. I can train them to be slinging dogs now.
