    If you're fishing water that's stained green from pollen or algae then this green pumpkinseed Senko would be an excellent choice. 
    You get the idea.  Also, on dark days you want to use dark lures and on bright days you should use light colored lures.  This allows the fish to see the silhouette of your lure when looking up at the surface.    On a dark, cloudy day a black worm would be a good choice.  White is an excellent lure color for bright, sunny days.

     Also there are neutral colors that work on both bright and dark days.  Purple is my go to.  Purple kicks butt. 
      And for bright days there are outlandish colors.  You wouldn't thing anything so ridiculous would work but they're excellent.  Chartreuse and Bubblegum are good producers.
     Finding the right lure color or color combination often involves some experimentation but this should be enough to give you good start.
