Hello from the non-city parts of New York

I have been browsing this forum for a while, and have finally decided to join the discussions instead of just read them. In the long stretch of things I'm fairly new to slinging, only doing so for about a year. I live in a very rural area, so my back yard is the perfect place for practicing. My slings are very ugly comparatively to the beautiful slings I've seen members make and post about. I'm however very proud of my ugly yet practical creation. I hope to post progress videos at some point, and have you all critique my technique and style. Thanks everyone!

Hey! I'll be returning to the Capital District next year. There's a pretty good core of Slingers around Albany (I know this, because I inflicted the hobby on them) if you're in range thereof.

We might have to host some sort of meet at some point.

Hello from Alabama.

If your sling is ugly but it works, it ain't ugly.   Grin
