What's your "thing"?
Jul 13th, 2017 at 5:34pm

As in...everyone has a habit or a pattern in the morning.

For me, right now, it's decaf coffee 5 creams 2 sugars and 4 sunny side up eggs. That's my thing right now. It will probably change at some point but for now its working.  Cheesy Cool

How about you?

A shower. In winter hot, in summer cold and if possible more than 15 minutes before I have to catch the bus. Without, productivity will be quite low in the morning Wink

My thing is to take the dogs out for an hour or two first thing. Then we all have breakfast. For me that's usually oatmeal but it might be anything. Microwave baked potatoes, rice, anything left over, cold spaghetti, or my very favorite, cold pizza. I love coffee but it goes right through me these days so I have to skip it. I'm trying to get back into working out again but finding the energy is a problem these days. I'm still feeling the effects of withdraw. It will pass.

Get up when sunlight shines in my room.  Take a shower, then go take the dogs for a walk around the pond and feed the fish.  Eat breakfast when I get back.

Currently I wake up, shower and go.
I used to eat steel cut oats every day and have coffee but I'm slack nowadays

wake up, wish I hadn't.
Have shower.
Have coffee - tassimo, kenco americano grande, hot milk no sugar.

Up until this point - it's really not a good idea to talk to me, acknowlege my presence or interact with me in any way shape or form.
One of these days us night people will rise up and smother all the morning people in their beds at 3am !
With their, talking, whistling, singing and general all round bloody cheerfulness - they've got it coming !

Don't tend to eat breakfast unless I'm getting up early - which is not my usual thing.

First meal of the day is usually lunch.
