Etwas Training auf ein bewegtes Ziel. Leider nur in einer sehr kleinen Turnhalle.

Oh my gosh, that looks like so much fun! It's like slinging Duck Hunt! But the circle target would have to be a flying duck silhouette. And then you need to find yourself some kind of laughing dog.

Brilliant idea, I might start bringing a frisbee with me when I sling. It'd be nice to be able to throw it and then knock it out of the air myself

Good slinging.
Are you using rusty balls or tennis balls?

Wow! Who ever is behind the curtain is very brave. Those would leave a mark if they hit.

Leider ist die Turnhalle sehr klein. Aber bald trainieren wir draußen.

Now thatīs a cool setup. A long time ago, when I was slinging very often, we tried something like this. A friend stands by and I simply called Pul!l like clay pigeons but with glass bottles. I never managed to hit one though.

Lol, me and a buddy attempted knocking a beer bottle out of the air like that too! But we used two two-by-fours to create a makeshift catapult so one of us could stomp it, and then both of us could sling at the bottle in the air. Unfortunately we had the same result as you; the bottle was smashed by the ground before it was smashed by a stone.

Jaegoor, you've explained your technique often and well but I am curious as to what you do for your training sessions that I might be able to apply to my own training.
Like what kind of warm up do you do and how long you sling for. Also, what helps you focus/concentrate?
