I looked up my login info to make sure you guys have seen this, but was beaten to the punch by a few days. I would have never thought make-your-own-cordage would have turned out so well. I'll have to give it a try.

He also makes the construction look so easy and intuitive, and here I am having to look up instructions every time I go to braid a string EDIT:sling haha

lol that's a slow week at slinging.org

Primarily because we've been around over a decade, our web traffic stats are ridiculous.

For the year to date we're currently just shy of 13 million hits.

we average around 40gb bandwidth per month - for site that doesn't host video that's huge.
Around 30,000 unique visitors a month

yesterday we had 40,873 hits with 9,661 pages read. Just a normal wednesday at slinging.org

For a site that caters to one of the most obscure pastimes in the world - we're pretty damn huge

I probably get 3-4 companies trying to buy advertising space every week.

I'm thinking about it. If the international federation of slingers ever gets off the gorund. We'll needa way to generate funds.

But at the moment - ad free
