Could not open a new file on the server, check the paths and chmods /home/slinging/www/www/forum/yabbfiles/avatars/UserAvatars.

Was attempting to upload, from my pc, a new image for my avatar
with the User Control Panel and the above alert popped.

There is a work-around
I was able to up load my image into an existing topic
then the User CP installed that image as an avatar.
