I dont even know why anyone would suggest that you need to do one style. There are a whole bunch of diffrent styles that are fun to try

I vote no restrictions however there is a method to the madness of formalizing technique. Without proper form and fluidity of movement you can't even be competitive against professionals with excellent form. And if you do try to force your bad technique to do things the professionals can do, then you just end up hurting your shoulder or shoulder blade.

I agree with what everyone says, but leave it to me to be the devil's advocate. It's an interesting way of thinking about the conflict Tongue
