hi camo! It's a Samsung galaxy s950c.
If you've got an sd card
Plug it into your computer using a USB cord. Scroll down notifications menu, select mount as USB storage notification. Then hit the button that says "mount as usb storage". There might be a warning or something, ignore it and hit okay or whatever. It should mount it onto your computer as a drive, like a USB. Open up the file if windows/osX doesn't ask you to. Navigate to DCIM, and it should be in one of the folders there. Newer phones tend to save it in Camera, but it could be in 100andro or something. There shouldn't be many options to choose from, so just look around. Copy and paste it onto your computer, and you're good to go.
You can also just email yourself the file by going to gallery>whereveryourpictureis>hit export/share> select gmail or whatever you prefer (there should be a whole load of options, like dropbox and google docs if you have them installed). Then just download them as any file/attachment, and voila.
