I'm going with Morgan LeFay. Again, my metric is whether or not they actually succeed at the end of the day. LeFay was largely dedicated to seeing King Arthur dead, and ending his legacy. How do the Arthurian Myths end? Arthur ends up impaled on a spear, his sword, the symbol of his legacy gets lobbed into a lake, and his lands fragment due to not having an heir. She also wanted to deal with Merlin, depending on the myth he's dead or trapped. Again, she succeeds, where the rest of these things fail.
Plus, LeFay presupposes that her enemies likely only have medieval technology. With most of the rest of the list, it's reasonable to have modern or futuristic technology. The Terminator stops being so impressive when killing it with a missile from a robot becomes a viable option, and when it comes to Aliens, they have no technology to speak of. Ending their entire biosphere isn't actually going to be all that difficult, given the sort of energy one can attain with a good nearby gravity well (read: star).
