^ I have no idea if this was the intention but that cracked me up when I saw that.  Cheesy

So, serious question... What is needed in terms of the tutorial? I mean, I am not that great at weaving and that seems pretty straight forward to me. But that could be just be my ignorance talking.

lol detail not size Smiley

well first off: what pouch is it, has anyone made one, is there an actual tutorial.

that kind of thing. I'm afraid while I can remember most things on the forum over the last 7 years, braiding has never been my thing Smiley

Isn't that that loom thing that Potter or somebody did reproducing the Tut-Pouch?

See, size does not matter.

It doesn't look hard to reproduce. If you can't find a tutorial, maybe a contest to reproduce the pouch with a tutorial. Provide some insentive...

It's a variation of Matthias's looped warp pouch. The pouch is separate from the retention and release cords and it's woven on a loom with only 2 discrete points of contact with the sling. The main difference between this and matthias's tutorial is that this pouch doesn't have a split.

Massi - WTF? It's called a sling. You use it to throw rocks farther and faster than you could otherwise. That's all.

It looks like a board, 2 nails and a hair comb. If I had to do a makeshift loom, that's what could be used.

I found a discussion of something like it in this thread:

http://slinging.org/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1093816689/4#4

There aren't any pictures, but there are some details about using a loom like that.
