Rome Total is a game that has a very competent slingers units, normal and enhanced troops, the Balearic slingers, destroys Carthage in this battle to the faction of Brutii familly. slingers First, the slingers destroy the roman archers. Retiring the side, before loading the  roman turtle. During the clash of infantry from the flank are Stoned to the legions. A cavalry charge  to the few remaining Roman archers while the slingers are working,  protect self by distance. The cavalry charge from the rear to the uncoordinated Romans and the slingers  are decimating remains of the last two battalions, and finally cavalry  ends his agony.
One of the keys was the superiority of the Slingers against the archers, at least in the game, but apparently it did historically.

So I'm the Third RTW player?  Great Game. Also Age of Mythology has slingers too, I believe.

Ah...where to find this mod(from a  reliable source ) ?(found it on Total war center)
