Is this going to be a religious discussion?
I see the bird as beautiful, but not as a "creation" of a divine entity. For that matter, fecal material is "divine," as it is wholly natural and produced by divine creatures.
A fighter jet may be set to the purpose of killing, but that doesn't change the fact that as a creation of the Creator's creation, it is beautiful, it is a marvel. Surely, if there is a Creator, he's happy about the achievements of his creation? Proud about it the way a father is proud when his son finally grows to be stronger, or smarter, or faster than he is?
The Wright brothers made man's flight a reality, and it wasn't about killing at all -- it was about flying. If it bothers you to think of fighter jets being made for killing, remember that SO IS THE FALCON. The falcon won't exist unless it kills. But the Thunderbirds and the Blue Angels and the Red Arrows fly airplanes that are not armed and don't kill.
A father would be happy seeing his children getting "stronger",sustaining themselfs, resolving problems etc.,but wouldn't be happy seeing his children killing each other. And yes the falcon is a killer but he was created (evolved or whatever if creation is not acceptable for some) as a flying predator and he kills to survive.Fighter jet pilots live,"survive" by killing sometimes but they choose to do that and it's not essential for them to live. And they're not even eating their prey after

P.S. As man was given free will, fighter pilots can kill, until people realize that we can live without fighter planes even better. And the falcon can keep on hunting as he has the Universal right to do so.
