sounds good.................have you tried cranberry and apple juice?....im thinking about it and liking the idea......if you have any thoughts on it let me know. im somewhat new to home brewing so advice would rock.

I haven´t, and I (hazily) remember reading some advice on line against using cranberries in fermentation, something about green gummy stuff it produces, don´t know if this also goes for cranberry juice..
The other reason I haven´t tried it is that those berries don´t grow here, and blue- and crowberries do, and they are very good in home made wines.

its easy and cheap to make and very tasty............
but i only have it at night lol Grin

and when i dont have to go anywhere

Hey another home brewer, yeah I also make hard cider (fizzy, bottle fermentation), besides the allready mentioned mead. Soon I am gonna start another batch black cider, apple and crowberries, last one turned out really good, one of my best concoctions yet.

I'm not an expert.. this is just a thought I had. Cranberries are very high in ascorbic acid, like lemons. Would they ferment well?
