I'd imagine that not everyone would like to compile their slinging videos on on central slinging.org channel, it takes off the individuality of peoples channels. There's already a list compiled, but feel free to make your own channel and see who follows. Instead of 'someone' making a youtube channel, whats stopping you from making it?

However, if you don't want to make one and theres a large amount of people other than you wanting a central slinging.org channel, I would be happy making it.
