finally a good idea to paint the glans to avoid losing them.
I'm sorry my bad English and my computer ignorance that has prevented me putting all the photos in one post. Please ask an administrator can fix it. Hopefully it will be interesting to someone.
Edited:
I resized your pictures for you. Masi.

When I was making a 2 mold piece, I was destroying brain cells in order to find a way of placing the master mold in a way that only 50% of the projectile was burried in cement.
I never found a way except eye calculation. Then I saw the picture and though: How come I didn´t think of that? That was very good Aurelio, clever solution.

The lead projectiles are very good. But what do you want to shoot at with them?

anything. lol. i prefer lead for my sling projectiles. just works for me because here i can get all of it i want for free, it's consistent, and very powerful. the only thing that lends itself any easier here is cement. There are good sling stones around here but finding consistent sizes and shapes is quite difficult.

What is your lead source? Around here unless you are buying fishing weights, which are almost pointless to re shape, there really isn't any source of lead.

Oh, i confess i'm a beginner in sling world. I start my shoots at november 2010. By the moment I use only rocks. I try make lead ammo only for experiment my forge skill. I shoot to three cans of beer together from 20 m distance, 1 or 2% accuracy only, when I'll arrive 20%, I'll try with lead and I will test penetratrion power on some material too. 'm not hunter, I dont want kill no animal, I've got only human curiosity for everything.
